The vine sound replacing the hit sounds for most heavy hitting moves

This includes almost all counter hits, but also plays for some non counterhit moves that hit kinda hard

NOTE: This mod will NOT work with any announcer mod, or obviously any mod that also changes the hit sound effects. On the offchance that you know what you're doing and want to use this mod with another mod that modifies AkBankBattle (usually announcer), I included the WEMS I used. I have no clue which sound any of them actually replace since they're just named a bunch of numbers, but if you don't have another hit sfx mod it shouldn't be an issue
