TO ANYONE WHO HAVE THE 0 kb .pak bug (game crashes on start) this is due to u4pak and bat file having problem with pathing. make sure the place you extract the app dont have any spaces in the folder names (or long paths) WRONG : D:\tekken stuff\mod stuff\tools\blah\ blah blah\ blah blah\outfitSwaper_beta\ RIGHT : D:\outfitSwaper_beta\ RIGHT : D:\Tekken_stuff\tools\outfitSwaper_beta\

this is a app i made (using c# if anyone wondering) to speed up the process of swapping items between characters. currently only work on swapping simple characterItems, so no mesh swapping (that means no Alisa) for now.

Features :

lite package of all files you need for swapping so you don't have to extract them from your game(thx me later). choosing your items based on their image (no longer getting confused by item names). automatic Char_Item Cus_Item and Item_Image swapping Listing all your swaps and pak them all at once automatic item rename, pak folder creation , and copying pak file to your ~mods folder removing or changing items from your list as you go

HOW TO USE :

1.if its first time opening the app its gonna ask your tekken 7.exe location so show it 2.after that start swapping 2.1 choose a charecter from top row 2.2 choose body part that your item is in (UPPER by default) 2.3 choose the item that you want to change(it become Green) 2.4 choose another charecter to choose the srouce file (it's stupid to change a charecter item to another from herself but if you want to for any reason skip this one) 2.5 choose source item (first item become this one/it become red) 2.6 click add or hit enter 2.7 you can remove a selection by right clicking on it 3.add all the items you want to swap 4.modify your list from the menu on the right side (right clicking on the item images let you change them)(you can also delete that swap) 5.when you are finish press "pak" button and wait for app to finish processing. 6.enjoy

//you can also save your list of swaps by clicking "save data" on the bottom and load them by clicking "load data"
