Removed the moving stuff in the background, alot of rubble in the ground, some effects, and some other stones. some stuff still didn't get caught like thunders and some lava floating but it shouldn't take alot of toll in performance.. might remove them in the next update if I find out what's causing some of it

INSTALLATION: Extract the 7zip file and paste the pak, ucas, and utoc file to TEKKEN 8\Polaris\Content\Paks\Mods just put the mod in the Mods folder. WARNING: PUTTING A MOD IN ~mods WILL GIVE A FATAL ERROR
