Place in your "TEKKEN 8\Polaris\Content\Paks\Mods" if that doesnt work place in the ~mods folder. If you have a LogicMods folder instead and the mod doesnt work add _P to the end of the .PAK file.

Some songs seem to be broken after the Eddy update. Will be fixed at some point.
