A simple mod that adds 8 new outfits to Kazumi. You'll need either the Pale or Tan girls mod to fix the neck issues. Everything but the gold outfit is completely colourable. Install by adding the file to your Tekken7/TekkenGame/Content/Paks/~mods folder as usual.
