Replaces the announcer saying "You lost" with Spongebob saying "Loser, Loser".

Place in your "TEKKEN 8\Polaris\Content\Paks\Mods" if that doesnt work place in the ~mods folder. If you have a LogicMods folder instead and the mod doesnt work add _P to the end of the .PAK file.
