Goddamn, The common sfx for the counter/heavy hit has been replaced by Negans voice line for getting hit in Tekken 7. The pitch will increase a slight bit from constant heavy hits but not by a large bit

Put the files into your ~mods folder/ LogicMods (TEKKEN 8\Polaris\Content\Paks)

Add _P if LogicMods is preferred mod folder
