Update 10-9-24 Made some minor quality of life changes as well as updated the moveset to work with the new v1.0.4a Moveset Extractor which can be downloaded here

Changes Changed the last hit of new string 3f+1,2 from high to mid so now it hits grounded for better combo conversion near the wall.

Just a slight buff / different Steve concept / approach moveset mod. This was done for testing / familiarity purposes but the overall goal was to make him fun without being too broken. (But mainly cuz I had fun doing it) And will make balance changes periodically but for now I feel its in a good enough state to release it. As always list of changes / movelist, known bugs are listed in the txt file in the root of the zip.
