Update: I updated the SK for this so Julia's skin tone matches and fixed the sliced neck issue.

This is another simple swap mod where Julia's Kung Fu (Tops and Bottoms) is swapped for Master Raven's Special Forces Outfit. Let me know what you think. I would be willing to do this with out characters if there is interested.
