** BUG Fix **

Please REMOVE any other announcer mod you have before attempting this bug fix.

A few people have said putting the TylerAnnouncer.pak inside the ~mods folder has not worked. if this is the case trying putting the mod inside the Paks folder instead, Hopefully this might fix your problem,
