This mod has been put on the shelf but I gave some final touches to it and the time has come to release. Luong from The King of Fighters XV. Anna Only.

Install the "BASE" file and the additional files ("CUSTOMIZATION" / "PRESET 4") to enable the mod. Separated .pak files for customization items and character presets. You can use one of them or use both options.

Full Head: Steampunk Bird Mask (not colorable) Full Body: Gothic Lolita Outfit (not colorable)
