This replaces stage 11 VolcanicBomb with a potato version.

[FIXED] Ran into a crash when using this so pulling this down for further testing.

UPDATE: It turns out that you shouldn't use the ~mods and instead use mods or Mods. Once that was corrected the stage loaded fine.
