UPDATED MOD *Replace the old mod with the new one

Changes made: - The color of the tattoo uses Devil Jin's texture, so it has its original colors instead of absolute black. - Jin and Devil Jin share the same Dark Make Up texture, relocating the mod to Twin Butterfly Wings now only affects Jin. - Fixed the texture setting where the mod only worked with texture settings on "Ultra", now works on lower texture settings.
