Replaces Mountain Valley Arcade version (Tekken 1) with an audio track that is completely silent.

This allows you to turn off music for only specific stages if you would like. For example, I like to turn off music on yakushima so that I can practice without music on that stage. Just set the music of the stage to Mountain Valley Arcade Ver from Tekken 1 and it will make the music silent for that stage.
