A custom panel I made for Noctis since he doesn't have any. There are two versions with and without a white background. Choose the one you want to use because it just replaces his default one.

Installation: Drop the one you want to use in the ~mods folder

(also it took me way too long to make this since I'm new to modding this game and had to figure out some stuff first)

Update: Redid the entire thing because there were some things I didn't like. Difference is very small, almost negligible but now I'm satisfied.
