Installation and Usage:

Create a folder named 'rin_tenchu_fs' (or whatever you want to name it) into your Mods (not ~mods) folder.

Extract the 'Preset 3', 'Preset 4' or 'Customization' folder inside the mod .zip file to that folder you have created.

Anyway you are free to use all options together if you wish to do that.
