UPDATED Now usable after Fahkumram update.
Replaces horsetail accessory for all characters with colourable Leo's hair, only works properly with female characters. I have always liked Leo's hair shape but I prefer long hair, so I made a mod that lets me combine Leo's hair with other hairs.
