This lets you change 1P, Asuka, Lee, Shaheen, short bob and short bob (gradation) for all female characters including Leo and Anna. That is Anna.
UPDATE: Ok Vantablack hair is weird. I added a mod (NaturalBlackLiliHair) that makes all instances of Lili's hair natural black by default. It won't change existing custom coloured Lili hair to black.
