This is two mods in one. One replaces the orange lipstick with the Harley Quinn lipstick and the other replaces the one tone eye makeup with Harley Quinn's eye makeup. This works one every female character. The makeup texture is my own custom asset. If you are using my face mods it might look different for each character because I made it fit uniquely for each character's original face.
