REALISTIC REINA SKIN WITH RED TAN

This mod replaces all female characters' skin with a realistic Reina skin and the tan option makes the skin red instead of the normal tan, as shown. DOES NOT MAKE THE SKIN RED BY DEFAULT, NEED TO USE TAN. Realistic skin means the face skin doesn't look too smooth and shiny like fake plastic surgery skin, it actually flexes and wrinkles when they make facial expressions.
