oh man.. i really enjoyed making this alot, and i’d love for you all to meet my latest mod release, The Dark Margin from Kingdom Hearts!

i’ve always loved the vibe of this place, and when i finally got to play in it in Kingdom Hearts III i almost lost my mind because it’s honestly one of my favorite locations in the series

to be real with you, i really wanted to release another free stage mod like my the Station of Awakening for a while now, and for those who don’t know, i set up a vote on my Discord server where i usually take your suggestions and let you decide what i work on next, so if you’re interested feel free to join us there, anyways.. the moment The Dark Margin won, i didn’t waste any time and jumped straight into it, it only took me two days to finish and i genuinely enjoyed every second of making it

IMPORTANT

If your game crashes with a "PCD3D_SM5" Fatal Error, please download "The Dark Margin SM5 Fix" file instead of the main one. This version uses older shaders and is only meant for GPUs that don’t support SM6

WHAT'S NEW?

- Fixed wall behavior

Fixed an issue where the wall would appear too late, making it hard to calculate wall distance for wall carry, and fixed wall behavior when the camera goes behind it by making it fade out properly instead of covering the whole screen without completely making the back of the wall invisible

Faithfully reconstructed environment with a strong focus on accuracy, carefully translating every visual and atmospheric detail to match the original while naturally fitting within Tekken 8.
Responsive water interaction, with splashes and subtle sound effects reacting to every step for a more immersive feel.
Hidden boundary wall that fades in as a purple flame when you get close, keeping the stage clean from afar while giving you enough space to do wall carry combos when it shows up.
Enhanced textures and refined geometry, with improved detail work that makes the stage look cleaner and more polished. and more..!

How to Install:

Download the mod files from here
Unzip the contents
Place the "Dark Margin" files into your TEKKEN 8\Polaris\Content\Paks\LogicMods folder
And place the "UI" files into your TEKKEN 8\Polaris\Content\Movies\usm\StageSelect folder
