Step 1. Install TKData Mod Loader First

Step 2. Install both files, then extract both files TEKKEN 8\Polaris\Content\Paks\LogicMods

Step 2 (if you are using an old version of TK mod loader). install and extract the VictorEx0.rar file in TEKKEN 8\Polaris\Content\Binary\Mods\tkmod
