Fullscreen scales weirdly and gets blurry, so I switched to 1280x720 for a sharper image. Feel free to change the resolution on your end if you prefer.

Unzip the bmp and place it in:

Steam\steamapps\common\TEKKEN 8\Polaris\Content\Splash

make sure to put the default splash somewhere else otherwise it won't work
