Heihachi Mishima - Legacy Hit Effects

🔴 IMPORTANT: Heihachi Mishima's DLC may be required for these mods to work properly. These mods have NOT been tested on a version of Tekken 8 without the Heihachi Mishima DLC.

Description

Bring Heihachi Mishima's signature lightning effects to your custom hit effects in Tekken 8!

This collection replaces the standard Cyclone hit effects with Heihachi's original in-game Niagara effects.

All three replacements have been tested in-game.

Installation instructions

1. Download the version you want.
2. Extract the archive.

3. Open your Tekken 8 installation directory and navigate to:

   TEKKEN 8\Polaris\Content\Paks\LogicMods

4. Place the .pak, .ucas and .utoc files inside the LogicMods folder.

5. Launch the game and equip the corresponding Cyclone hit effect in Character Customization.

Note: If the LogicMods folder doesn't exist, create it manually.

Steam users: Right-click TEKKEN 8 in your Steam Library → Manage → Browse local files to locate your game installation directory.

Main features

Available versions:

• Crimson Lightning: Replaces Red Cyclone with Heihachi's Red Type A effect.
• Original Lightning: Replaces Blue Cyclone with Heihachi's original lightning effect.
• Violet Lightning: Replaces Purple Cyclone with Heihachi's Violet Type C effect.

Additional features:

• Uses Heihachi Mishima's original in-game Niagara effects.
• Visual hit-effect replacements only.
• No gameplay or character moves are modified.
• All three versions can be installed together, as each replaces a different Cyclone color.

Requirements

• Tekken 8 installed on PC.
• Heihachi Mishima DLC may be required. Compatibility without the DLC has not been tested.
• The corresponding Cyclone hit effect must be equipped in Character Customization.
• Avoid installing other mods that replace the same Cyclone assets to prevent conflicts.
