Requires TKDataPatcher.

Copy the "BASE" .pak file to your '~mods' folder. Copy the .csv file to the 'ModData\customize_item_data' folder.

Optional "PRESET8" .pak file replaces corresponding Character Preset in Character Selection screen. Install it along the "BASE" mod file if you want to replace that Preset instead of using the new custom Head and Full Body Items (Customization Mode).
